A spicy twist on the perennial favorite - The Bay, Basil and Jalapeno combine for a delicious savory cocktail.

Ingredients

Preparation:

  1. Muddle jalapeƱo, lemon and basil in the bottom of a shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Add THE BAY and tomato water and shake to chill.
  3. Garnish with celery stalk.
  4. * To make tomato water: puree tomatoes and strain through a cheesecloth.

  1. Mix tomato juice, lime juice, The Bay, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce in a shaker.
